Refund Policy

DreamWeaverAI offers Dream Credits, which power AI dream interpretations within the app. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

Dream Credits — Non-Refundable

Dream Credits are digital goods that are consumed when you request an AI dream interpretation. All Dream Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, because:

Credits are delivered immediately upon successful payment
Digital goods cannot be "returned" once accessed
Unused credits remain in your account until used or until your account is deleted

Purchases Made Through Google Play

If you purchased Dream Credits through the Google Play Store, your purchase is governed by Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests for Play Store purchases must be submitted directly to Google Play — we do not process refunds for Play Store transactions.

Purchases Made Through Our Website (Stripe)

Dream Credit purchases made through the DreamWeaverAI website via Stripe are non-refundable. If you experience a technical error during checkout that resulted in a charge without credits being delivered to your account, contact us within 14 days:

support@tipitylabs.com — include your registered email and purchase date.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:

A verified technical failure on our end prevented credit delivery
A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
You were charged but our service was unavailable for an extended period at the time of purchase

We do not refund credits that were used to generate dream interpretations, regardless of satisfaction with the AI output. AI-generated content is inherently variable and a specific interpretation cannot be guaranteed.

Subscription or Auto-Renewal

DreamWeaverAI does not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time credit packs. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify users in advance.
