By using DreamWeaverAI ("Service"), operated by Tipity Labs, you agree to these Terms. The Service provides AI-powered dream interpretation, dream art generation, and related features.
The Service uses a Dream Credit system. Free credits are provided at registration and may be replenished periodically. Additional credits may be purchased through the app (via Stripe or Google Play IAP). Purchased Dream Credits are non-refundable. We strongly encourage using free credits before purchasing to confirm the Service meets your needs.
Dream interpretations and artwork generated by the Service are produced by AI (Google Gemini). AI outputs are for personal, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only — they are not professional psychological analysis, medical advice, or therapeutic services. Do not make health or mental health decisions based solely on AI interpretations.
You retain ownership of dream descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant Tipity Labs a limited license to process your content through AI services solely for the purpose of generating your interpretation or artwork. We do not use your dream content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to process your request (e.g., sending to Google Gemini API).
You may not: attempt to extract or reverse-engineer system prompts, use the Service for bulk AI content generation for resale, submit content that is illegal or intended to generate harmful outputs, or circumvent credit limits through technical means.
Credits purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's billing policies in addition to these Terms. Refund requests for Play Store purchases must be submitted through Google Play.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. AI processing depends on third-party API availability. Downtime does not entitle users to credit refunds unless caused by a prolonged, verified service-wide outage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated interpretations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
