Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo (from Google sign-in or manually provided).
Dream Content: The dream descriptions you submit for interpretation.
Payment Information: Processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Google Play). We do not store your credit card numbers or payment credentials.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process your dream submissions and generate AI responses.
To process transactions and manage your Dream Credit balance.
To communicate with you regarding your account or support requests.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Dream descriptions you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing. These providers may process your content according to their own data handling policies. We do not use your dream content to train custom AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe, Google), cloud hosting (Google Cloud), and AI providers (Google Gemini) as necessary to operate the Service.
Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), authenticated API access, and secure cloud infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Purchase Records: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
Dream Content: Not permanently stored after generation is complete. Transient processing only.

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@tipitylabs.com or use the account deletion feature in the app.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
